Academic Planning and Information Sessions are designed for you to learn more about the College and the Program or Course of interest. You may have your transcripts reviewed and an Academic Plan created to help reach your educational goals.

We offer an Allied Health Session, Nursing Sessions at our Chesapeake campus for all Programs and Courses. We offer Academic Planning and Information Sessions in Hampton for the Registered Nursing Learning Site at the Sentara CarePlex Hospital.  Additionally, information sessions for the Early Admission for High School Students for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree is offered at both campus locations.

To ensure you get the most out of the session be prepared to:

• Refer to the appropriate session below that fits your interests.
• Arrive on time.
• No appointment necessary.
• Submit transcripts for review, if applicable.
• Review information about the College beforehand so you can ask pertinent questions.
• Complete an application, if applicable.
• Be prepared to stay for up to one and a half hours for the Nursing sesssion; one hour for the Allied Health sessions.
