This is a temporary part-time position reporting to the Assistant Dean for Institutional Effectiveness, Distance Learning, and Compliance. The IE Assistant is responsible for analyzing data, reporting college data to federal government, state government, and accreditation agencies, and assisting the Assistant Dean for IEDC in accreditation preparation.

List of Essential Activities:

  1. Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
  2. Gathers, and compiles data, and prepares a variety of reports for the Office of IE & Compliance, State and Federal Organizations and Accreditation Agencies
  3. Ensuring the integrity of data in all resources and verifying and reconciling data for accuracy and consistency.
  4. Performs short-term projects and assists with designated initiatives
  5. Other duties as assigned

This position is employed on "an as needed" basis.
